You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following booking and tour terms and conditions. The organizer shall be known as ‘Company’ in the conditions below. The following terms and conditions apply to KCM Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. tour packages only
*Booking Confirmation*
All bookings with KCM Holidays are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified at the time of booking.
*Payment Policy*
A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. The balance payment must be completed within the agreed timeline prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.
*Pricing*
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or unforeseen circumstances. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
*Travel Documents*
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. KCM Holidays will not be liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
*Changes to Itinerary*
KCM Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible.
*Liability*
KCM Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and tour providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party services.
*Travel Insurance*
Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
