Cancellation & Refund Policy
30 Days or More Before Travel
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the travel date are eligible for a *full refund* (excluding any non-refundable booking or processing fees, if applicable).
15 to 29 Days Before Travel
Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the travel date are eligible for a *partial refund* (typically up to 50%, depending on supplier policies and confirmed services).
7 to 14 Days Before Travel
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the travel date may receive a *limited refund*, subject to supplier terms and committed costs.
Less Than 7 Days Before Travel
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date are *non-refundable*.
No Show / Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early termination of the trip.
Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days after confirmation of cancellation, depending on third-party supplier policies.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or flight cancellations. However, we will assist in rescheduling where possible.
